It would appear that Taking Back Sunday can do little else this year than gain more and more publicity and success. ‘Louder Now’ their third studio album was warmly recieved and even I was impressed by their live performances… and that says something.
The second single to be taken from ‘Louder Now’ is Twenty Twenty Surgery which live, was one of the best tracks of the set. It encapsulates the feel of the entire album with its dark undertones. Laced with emotion and passion, the track depicts why Taking Back Sunday are a band who have changed for the better. It echo’s the feel of material by bands such as Alkaline Trio and further proves why they as a band have gartered such a recent new following.
Taking Back Sunday are currently touring the U.S. on a bill completed by Angels & Airwaves, Head Automatica and The Subways.
